Method 2: Using Incognito/Private Browsing

Info

Why use incognito mode? This allows you to access your work account without signing out of personal accounts or other work accounts in your main browser window.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
  2. Select "New incognito window"
  3. Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or +Shift+N (Mac)

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the top-right corner
  2. Select "New InPrivate window"
  3. Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows) or +Shift+P (Mac)

After Opening Private Window

  1. Go to office.com
  2. Sign in with your work email address
  3. Complete authentication (password + MFA)
  4. Access MyApps portal for additional applications

Important Notes

  • Private browsing doesn't save data: When you close the private window, no browsing data is saved. You'll need to sign in again next time.
  • Other accounts stay logged in: Using a private window won't affect any accounts signed into your regular browser window.
  • Bookmarks work: You can still use bookmarks in private mode, but any new bookmarks created won't be saved unless you save them intentionally.
